That this House notes with concern a recent report by the International People's Tribunal on Human Rights and Justice documenting the discovery of 2,943 bodies in unmarked and mass graves in Indian-held Kashmir; further notes reports that over 50,000 people have died since 1989 as Kashmiri groups fight for independence; and supports calls for an investigation by an independent body like the International Criminal Court or the United Nations Committee on Human Rights into the circumstances surrounding these deaths.
