Following our initial submission made of March 18, 2012, today, we would like to further submit:

We sent in this initial submission, as only Parvez Imroz, Zahir-Ud-Din, and Khurram Parvez were available to meet with you and your team on March 26, as Angana Chatterji is not here at this time. As well, we wanted to place an initial submission on record.

    • Enforced Disappearances: 132 Cases from 1990 to 2008 in Ramban district.
    • Custodial Killings: 408 Cases from 1989 to 2006 in Baramulla district.
    • Custodial and Fake-encounter Killings: 176 Cases from 2003 to 2007 from Jammu and Kashmir.
    • Enforced Disappearances: 389 Cases from 1989 to 2006 in Baramulla district.
    • Extrajudicial Executions: 235 Cases from 2008 to March 25, 2012 from Jammu and Kashmir.
    • Probes Ordered by the Government into Extrajudicial/Custodial Killings.
  8. Dossier II:
    We submit this dossier of information that is based on primary, secondary, and preliminary data collection. We request that the information be verified by credible and independent sources with due diligence and that action be taken based on the outcome.
